For filing at Service Bureau, you are encouraged to make an appointment at any of the Service Bureau to reduce waiting time.

Drop and Go for Debtor's Bankruptcy Applications

Drop and Go lets you submit a Debtor's Bankruptcy Application at the Supreme Court Service Bureau without booking an appointment. Prepare your forms in advance, hand them in at the counter, and go. You do not need to wait while your filing is processed.

Drop and Go is available only at the Supreme Court Service Bureau. The last submission time is 3:30pm. For the forms to prepare and step-by-step help, see the Bankruptcy filing guide.

Note: No appointment is required for Collection of Replies or Cause Book Search. Debtor's Bankruptcy Applications can also be filed without an appointment at the Supreme Court Service Bureau using Drop and Go (see above).

Appointment slots open on a rolling two week window. New slots are released daily for the date two weeks ahead. So on 1 September, slots for 15 September become available.

If there are no slots for the date you need, check again the next day. Slots also free up when others cancel or reschedule.

If you have urgent court filings due and no slots are available, you may walk in to any of the Service Bureau based on the timings shown below.

Customers with appointments will be served on priority. Walk-in slots are limited and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
